Has anybody listened to the latest Ian Anderson release TAAB2? I remember Thick as a Brick was a very influential album towards my love of progressive music (before listening to that album, the only progressive music I listened to was Floyd, Rush, and Genesis), but I am a bit wary of buying the sequel. Does anybody have any opinions on whether I should get it or not?
What do you call an alligator in a vest? An investigator.
It's a very good album, less of a single piece than the first, more a sequence of linked tracks in sections. Nicely done, and with a sort of "Part 3" due in April (Homo Erraticus) which continues the Gerald Bostock theme.
5.1 mix is good too.
