What a magical gig last night at Salisbury!
Drove up in torrential rain, thunder & lightning, but got there in plenty of time.
The band came on to a standing ovation, and I was blown away with the 1st set of the new Snow Goose.
Andy was pouring himself into his emotional guitar style, and the 2nd set was just wonderful. I must admit that my eyes were leaking a few times!
A fantastic gig, one I will never forget.
Talking to Andy after the show, he confirmed that Camel will be touring again next year, but I think it will be further afield than Europe!

Mystic Queen wasn't played at Salisbury either

I to thought it was a very, very special show. I wonder if the thunder and lightening before the start of the show was Peter Bardens looking down from on high. I must admit that quite a few people around me including yours truly were close to extruding water from certain openings! Air Born reduced several people to tears. Nuff said. Found this :
