Hello - I'm still buzzing from the Wolvehampton show (my first Camel gig, and an event I thought would never happen!). I met a lot of lovely people but particularly enjoyed speaking to the man next to me who was from Holland and doing all 11 gigs. Has also encouraged me to pay a bit more attention to some of the later albums I never really got into before.
So you really expect (and grumble if no-one does so) someone to film/tape audio and publish a concert as one file? You really don't want to put in ANY effort yourself by joining the pieces if you prefer that , which is very simple?
I think you should be GLAD that these days you can even get the stuff you want ... you're not paying for it are you?
Zitat von Mal im Beitrag #103 A little note to those not able to see any of the shows: A note outside The Barbican, says "tonight's concert is being filmed".
This is what what we've all been waiting for. Finally comes back an official CD!
Great! Great! Great!
Maybe not. From Jason Hart on Facebook.
"As anyone who was at the Barbican show last night can attest, yes, it was filmed. That does not guarantee a DVD release, we'll all (including me) have to wait and see. So please don't ask me about it "
Just got back from London yesterday evening. The Barbican was even better than the Melkweg gig on saturday, truely a magical experience! Playing, sound, lights and audience, it al came together! I can not imagine that there is no DVD will be released, provided that the recording quality will suffice. Now listing to the 'new' Snowgoose which I find really refreshing. Recorded with love for the original. For the ones who are going to attend any of the german shows, Enjoy!
edit: I've put a snippet which my wife filmed of the Great Marsh on youtube. Didn't know she filmed,I was too busy watching and listening:
